Kaplan Languages Group seeks a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bogotá. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, standardise processes, and drive global best practices across regions, partnering with leaders and HR teams to deliver scalable hiring solutions.

The role combines hands-on recruitment with process improvement, stakeholder management and HR technology implementations in a growing international organisation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or management.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across functions/regions.
• Experience in shared services/global recruitment environments preferred.
• Experience supporting recruitment process improvements or HR tech implementations.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Advanced English language skills, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver a scalable, high-quality recruitment service globally.
• Standardise recruitment processes and implement global best practices.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment.
• Support HiBob recruitment module design and global rollout.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to align processes locally.
