Job summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at KLG is responsible for delivering a scalable global recruitment service. Based in Bogotá, you will partner with leaders and HR teams across regions to standardize processes and drive the evolution of our recruitment operating model.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, support HR technology implementations (HiBob), and collaborate with regional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality hiring across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or talent management.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and preferably multiple countries or regions.
• Experience working in a shared services, regional or global recruitment environment is preferred.
• Experience supporting recruitment process improvement, transformation initiatives or HR technology implementations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and sourcing skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
• Experience with HiBob or supporting HR systems implementation would be advantageous.

• Lead and deliver a consistent, scalable recruitment service across the business globally.
• Partner with hiring managers and regional HR teams to end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Drive standardisation of recruitment processes and support global best practices.
• Support the evolution of the recruitment operating model during a business transformation.
• Assist with design and implementation of recruitment modules in HR systems (HiBob).
