World Courier de Colombia S.A. is seeking a Global Customer Operations Specialist to support international customers, partners and teams across our global network. You will act as a liaison, ensuring seamless service delivery and resolving issues across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in customer operations, logistics, customer service, account management or service delivery.
• Experience working in an international or global environment is highly desirable.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary point of contact for international agents, customers and operational stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer requests, operational activities and service-related inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor service performance, identify operational issues and elevate complex matters when needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Account Management and Technology teams to support service continuity.
• Document issues, resolutions and best practices to support knowledge sharing and process improvements.
• Support troubleshooting of operational processes and system-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to operational reporting and process documentation.
