You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners while gaining hands‑on knowledge of logistics and global forwarding operations.

No prior logistics experience is required. The role emphasizes strong English communication, a willingness to learn, and building a long‑term career in logistics within a global company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Values a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsabilités

• Understand international shipping processes from PO to delivery.
• Assist GF personnel and third parties with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Generate, file, and maintain accurate customer records and shipment docs.
• Provide tracking and tracing services for customer shipments.
• Support delivery and turnovers.
• Perform load-audits.
• Provide reporting and documentation collection support to GF personnel.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulations, and company standards.
• Other duties per team/country requirements.
