Job summary

Vantage Shared Services Center in Bogotá is expanding its Credit and Collections team to support Latin America and North America. The role focuses on managing customer portfolios, assessing creditworthiness, applying payments, invoicing, and resolving deductions to optimize cash flow.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer-facing roles, 1–3 years in accounting, fluency in English (B2+), and strong Power BI and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Fluency in English (B2) required.
• Power BI proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer portfolios with high business impact.
• Review financial statements, credit profiles, and establish limits.
• Process payments and apply cash receipts accurately and timely.
• Generate and submit customer invoices with accuracy and SLAs.
