Vantage Specialty Chemicals is opening a new Shared Services Center in Bogotá to support Latin America and North America across multiple processes. As part of the Credit and Collections team, you will help optimize cash flow and working capital while delivering professional, customer-focused support.

The role involves managing complex customer portfolios, assessing creditworthiness, processing payments, invoicing, and resolving disputes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or similar fields.
• Fluency in English (at least B2).
• Power BI proficiency and Data Analysis is a plus.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in credit/collections/cash application.
• 1–3 years in accounting/business area.

Aufgaben

• Handle complex customer portfolio with high business impact.
• Review financial statements and credit profiles to establish limits.
• Process and apply customer payments, resolve unapplied cash and short payments.
• Generate and submit customer invoices ensuring accuracy and SLAs.
• Manage disputes and deductions from identification to resolution across teams.
• Maintain customer relationships and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, and Supply Chain for root-cause analysis.
• Support KPI reporting for the area.
