Job summary

Empresaconfidencial in Bogotá is seeking a Bilingual Credit & Collections Analyst to join the Finance Shared Services team. You will manage customer portfolios, perform credit assessments, apply payments, and support billing, working with international customers and multiple ERP systems.

The position requires at least two years in customer-facing roles, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and upper-B2/C1 English.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• At least two years in customer-facing roles, preferably in Credit & Collections, AR or Cash Application.
• Experience managing B2B customer portfolios.
• Knowledge of credit assessment, collections, billing, payment application and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems; exposure to multiple platforms valued.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Professional English proficiency at upper-B2/C1; assessed in interview.
• Ability to manage demanding customers, multiple priorities and high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex B2B portfolios and follow up on current and overdue receivables.
• Contact customers and negotiate payment commitments.
• Review aging reports and prioritize accounts based on value and risk.
• Support credit assessments and credit-limit recommendations.
• Process and apply customer payments and investigate unapplied cash and discrepancies.
• Generate and validate customer invoices and support billing activities.
• Manage disputes and deductions through resolution.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate balances.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Accounting.
• Work across ERP systems and regional processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Handle high transaction volumes to meet deadlines and SLAs.
