UPS GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES CO in Medellín is seeking an AR US – Import Brokerage Administrator to execute AR case resolutions and manage a $5M monthly payments portfolio. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely postings.

The ideal candidate has a finance-administration background, at least 6 months experience, and mid-level English and Excel skills. The position is hybrid with rotation and permanent status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in finance/administration.
• Experience in administrative or finance fields (6 months prefered).
• Intermediate English (around 70%).
• Intermediate Excel skills required.

Responsabilités

• Execute daily AR cases resolution (~150/day) accurately and on time.
• Manage and reconcile approximately $5M/month in COD and Credit Card payments.
• Ensure all cash postings and payment records comply with internal financial controls and procedures.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in payment applications to maintain data accuracy.
• Support cash flow management by ensuring timely application of incoming funds.
• Prevent and reduce Late Payment Fees (LPFs) through efficient processing and follow-up.
• Track and manage workload to avoid backlog and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, AR, Operations) to resolve payment-related issues.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with financial standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Job Description: Job Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven professional to join our team as an AR US – Import Brokerage Administrator. This role is responsible for executing high-impact Accounts Receivable (AR) cases resolution activities for the US and internal reconciliation, processing approximately 150 daily. In addition, this position manages a high-value portfolio of $5M monthly in COD and Credit Card payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded with accuracy, integrity, and full compliance with financial procedures. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting overall financial stability.
