PRIMO in Medellín is seeking a driven FTL Operations Supervisor (After-hours) to lead the operations team, manage escalations, and ensure service excellence across client and carrier interactions.

The role requires a bachelor’s in logistics or related field, 1+ year leading teams in 3PL, after-hours experience, advanced English, and strong MS Office skills. You’ll design KPI reports and mentor the team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, international business, or industrial engineering or similar.
• At least 1 year leading teams or processes in the 3PL or logistics industry, with at least 6 months in client service.
• Experience after-hours, overnight, or rotating shifts.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and analytic.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a driven and professional FTL Operations Supervisor (After-hours) to support our operations team and ensure service excellence across client and carrier interactions.

What you'll do:

• Manage escalations from clients and carriers.
• Lead follow-up meetings with the Mexico team to stay aligned.
• Design and present KPI reports to the FTL Manager.
• Lead 1:1 sessions and team huddles for performance management.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, international business, industrial engineering or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience leading teams or processes in the 3PL or logistics industry. Within those 12 months, at least 6 months experience in client service roles.
• Experience working after-hours, overnight, or rotating shifts.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Proactive, detail-oriented and analytic person.
