Charger Logistics Inc. seeks a Night Dispatcher to monitor overnight shipments, communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

The role focuses on proactive problem resolution to support efficient transportation operations and exceptional customer service. The position requires 2+ years in transportation/logistics sales and account management, a marketing or business degree, and strong negotiation and customer relations skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics preferred.
• Recent college or university degree in Marketing or Business-related field required.
• Previous experience in an analyst role or pricing function is an asset.
• Ability to understand business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track active shipments throughout the night, providing real-time visibility and updates.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and service issues.
• Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records with accurate information.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field is preferred
• Recent college or university degree in Marketing or Business-related field is required
• Previous experience in an analyst role and or in pricing function is an asset
• Ability to understand the business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions to implement them
• Experience working B2B sales involving complex deals is an asset
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills & strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability
• Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as function in a team environment
