Zelh in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Track & Trace & Operations Coordinator to support our dispatch and carrier operations team. You will monitor active shipments, communicate with carriers, dispatch loads, and maintain Port TMS records, ensuring required shipment documents are collected.

The ideal candidate is organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with experience in transportation or logistics and strong written communication skills.

Formación

• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or freight operations.
• Experience with Track & Trace and shipment monitoring.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS); Port TMS is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Send email updates and follow up with carriers regarding shipment status, pickup, and delivery ETAs.
• Perform Track & Trace on active shipments and document status updates.
• Build, update, and maintain loads within Port TMS.
• Dispatch booked loads to assigned carriers and confirm load acceptance.
• Confirm carriers are on schedule for pickups and deliveries, escalating delays or issues as needed.
• Collect Bills of Lading, Proofs of Delivery, and other shipment documents.
• Send shipment tracking information to customers and internal teams.
• Complete carrier setup and onboarding after loads are booked in Port TMS.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and resolve operational issues with carriers and teams.
• Utilize TMS, email, spreadsheets, and web platforms to manage daily operations.
• Prioritize multiple shipments to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Track & Trace & Operations Coordinatorto support our dispatch and carrier operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring active shipments, communicating with carriers, dispatching booked loads, maintaining accurate records in Port TMS, and ensuring all required shipment documentation is collected. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and has previous transportation or logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities

Send email updates and follow up with carriers regarding shipment status, pickup, and delivery ETAs.

Perform Track & Trace on active shipments and document status updates.

Build, update, and maintain loads within Port TMS.

Dispatch booked loads to assigned carriers and confirm load acceptance.

Confirm carriers are on schedule for pickups and deliveries, escalating any delays or service issues when necessary.

Collect Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and other required shipment documentation.

Send shipment tracking information to customers and internal team members as required.

Complete carrier setup and onboarding after loads are booked, ensuring all required information is accurately entered into Port TMS.

Maintain accurate shipment records and communicate professionally with carriers and internal departments to resolve operational issues.

Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS), email, spreadsheets, and other web-based platforms to manage daily operations.

Prioritize multiple shipments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or freight operations.

Experience with Track & Trace and shipment monitoring.
