Formación

• Strong ability to own initiatives and drive outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Experience in EA, operations, recruiting coordination or similar high-ownership support role

Responsabilidades

• Support senior leaders in client management and account progress tracking
• Screen and coordinate candidates for roles and manage multiple client accounts
• Own documentation across projects and SOPs; maintain knowledge systems
• Prepare weekly status updates and structured leadership reports
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate documentation, research and reporting
