A leading technology company in Colombia seeks a Technical Support Specialist to provide first-class support for HungerRush Point of Sale. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer hardware and software, analyzing technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and is preferably bilingual in Spanish and English. This position requires flexibility and can involve night and weekend shifts.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in computer technology, help desk, or call center support.
• Technical certifications such as Net+, CompTIA A+ are preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first class Technical Support over the phone.
• Identify, analyze, and correct technical and software issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Work closely with other departments for prompt resolutions.
