Alarm.com is seeking an Executive Sales Analyst & Business Coordinator to support the VP of Global Sales and drive coordination across international markets. The role blends executive support, sales operations, and business analytics to track performance and improve visibility.

You will work with Sales leadership, regional teams, Marketing, Finance, and Product to prepare reports, dashboards, and executive briefs, ensuring timely follow-up and informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in executive support, sales operations, or similar.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales data analysis.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP of Global Sales with daily priorities, scheduling, and travel.
• Coordinate international meetings across multiple international time zones.
• Analyze regional sales data and deliver executive dashboards.
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations and reports.
• Ensure follow-up actions are tracked and communicated across teams.
