Job summary

Alarmcom is seeking an Executive Sales Analyst & Business Coordinator to support the VP of Global Sales. You will drive coordination and visibility across international markets, manage priorities, and help translate sales data into strategic guidance.

You will work with Sales leadership, regional teams, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product to ensure timely execution of priorities, create insightful reports, and prepare executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in executive support, sales operations, business coordination, or sales analysis.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and analyzing sales data.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and opportunities.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP of Global Sales with daily priorities, scheduling, meetings, agendas, travel, and follow-up.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple international time zones and track action items.
• Analyze regional sales performance and prepare executive dashboards and reports.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations highlighting regional performance and risks.
