Decisions is seeking a highly organized professional to partner with the Sales team, ensuring deals move through the process efficiently. You will review order forms, maintain Salesforce data, support reporting, and act as a trusted operational resource for the sales organization.

The role requires strong English, data focus, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help onboard new Sales teammates, maintain documentation, and contribute to faster, more accurate deal executions across global

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Review and manage order forms and sales contracts to ensure accuracy before execution.
• Support the Sales team throughout the deal process and help remove operational roadblocks.
• Help maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Create reports and dashboards that help leaders make informed decisions.
• Assist with onboarding and training new Sales team members on tools and processes.
• Maintain sales documentation, templates, and process guides.
• Collaborate with Finance, and other teams to support deal execution.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
