Confidential is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join its regional operations team, delivering data-driven insights across Latin America. The role emphasizes data quality, recurring reporting, and supporting leadership with informed decisions through dashboards and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of analytical experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with CRM/ERP and reporting tools while communicating effectively in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related).
• 1–3 years of analytical, operational, business support, or reporting experience.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with business systems and reporting tools is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve the quality of commercial and operational data used by the business.
• Generate recurring reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and activities.
• Analyze trends and data patterns to support decision-making across operations and commercial teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across multiple business areas.
• Track action items and ensure execution of operational priorities.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through process improvements.
• Support internal documentation, reporting requests and business reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across countries and functions.
