Formación

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Travel-planning expertise with complex itineraries and rewards programs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and flexible mindset with anticipation of needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CEO's inbox — triage, prioritize, and ensure timely responses.
• Run the calendar — schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and keep momentum.
• Handle all travel end-to-end — flights, hotels, cars, points optimization, rapid rebooking.
