Dialectica is seeking a People Associate in Bogotá to deliver hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with the HRBP team, managers, and employees to ensure smooth processes, compliance with Colombian labor regulations, and alignment with global standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to produce high-quality presentations and thought leadership.
• Strong numerical skills with Excel modeling and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for Bogotá employees on people partnering questions, policies, and processes.
• Support People Partners in day-to-day partnering with leaders on performance, dynamics and employee relations.
• Document and track employee cases; escalate complex issues to the People Partnering team.
