Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - HRO to manage Employee Lifecycle in Bogotá. You will coordinate onboarding, oversee performance evaluations, administer benefits and leaves, and address employee relations issues to foster a positive work environment.

The role also focuses on tracking development, organizing training, and conducting exit processes to ensure smooth transitions within a hybrid Colombian work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degrees in Commerce, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Experience with HR platforms, ERP and CRM systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM and performance management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback loops.
• Administer benefits and handle leave requests.
• Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
• Track employee development and training programs.
