Job summary

Dialectica seeks a People Associate in Bogotá to deliver hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will partner with the HRBP team, managers and employees to ensure processes are compliant with Colombian labor laws and aligned with global standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees in Bogotá on people partnering questions, policies and processes.
• Support People Partners in day-to-day partnering with business leaders, including performance, team dynamics and employee relations cases.
• Track and document employee cases accurately and escalate complex issues to the People Partnering team.
• Support onboarding and offboarding from a people partnering standpoint.
• Assist in moments that matter such as promotions, performance and pay reviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and coordinate with Payroll and Finance on monthly inputs.
• Help apply company policies consistently and keep local procedures up to date.
• Organize engagement initiatives, pulse surveys and team events in Bogotá.
• Contribute to wellbeing and DEI initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Maintain People dashboards and prepare reports on headcount, attrition, promotions and performance.
• Analyze trends to provide data-driven insights to People Partners and leaders.
