Job summary

adidas is seeking a Manager eCom Buying and Trading for the Colombia market. The role focuses on ensuring a correct Buying and in-season strategy across adidas-owned e-commerce, aligned with Planning guidelines and targets.

You will support pre-season and in-season trading, manage the eCom buying process in coordination with CTCs, BU LAM, and market Planning, and ensure timely readiness and stock optimization through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Buying function, fully qualified and trained.
• Knowledge of company policies and practices.
• Strong competence with Buying procedures and systems.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of pre-season and in-season trading strategy.
• Manage the buying process for eCom market and align with Planning guidelines.
• Prepare size breakdowns for eCom buying.
• Monitor stock levels and support Demand Planning guidance.
• Support market in-season trading, markdowns, and stock transfers.
• Lead insights for IBP and performance reviews.
