adidas Group in Bogotá seeks a Senior Specialist Trader to drive in-season trading and allocation across Retail and Franchise channels. You will focus on data analysis, stock health, and margin optimization, translating plans into actionable outcomes for a superior consumer experience.

Lead analytics on product performance, support transfers and markdowns, and contribute to cross-functional trading meetings with accurate insights and timely actions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, or Supply Chain.
• 2 years of experience in Retail Trading or Planning, preferably in fashion or consumer goods.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute store allocation and replenishment plans to ensure correct stock by store and channel.
• Monitor daily/weekly sell-out and stock data; recommend corrective actions.
• Support markdowns and price implementation across channels.
• Maintain and update trading dashboards with sales, inventory, and margin metrics.
• Provide analytical support for trading decisions and in-season actions.
• Prepare performance summaries and materials for trading meetings.
• Assist in post-season reviews with insights to improve future strategies.
