Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail, Trading or Merchandising, preferably in sports/fashion/FMCG.
• Experience in in‑season trading, merchandising, or category management within a multi‑channel Retail environment.
• Experience with Excel, BI tools, and allocation/replenishment systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Seasonal Trading Strategy aligned with targets and brand priorities.
• Lead cross‑channel inventory and allocation performance to maximize sales and minimize lost opportunities.
• Monitor sell‑out, inventory trends and take timely actions to optimize trading performance.
• Manage Markdown and Pricing Strategy across channels to balance profitability and competitiveness.
• Drive inventory efficiency and stock flow from DC to stores, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Lead in‑season governance and collaboration forums with cross‑functional partners.
• Coach and develop trading team capabilities in analytics, inventory management and cross‑channel collaboration.
