adidas Bogotá seeks a Senior Specialist Trader to execute store allocation and replenishment plans, monitor sell-out performance, and support markdown and pricing across channels. You will maintain dashboards, provide analytic support for trading decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock and margins.

Knowledge of Excel and BI tools, plus advanced English and Spanish, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, or Supply Chain.
• 2 years of experience in Retail Trading or Planning, preferably in sporting goods, fashion, or consumer goods.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute store allocation and replenishment plans to ensure stock reaches each store on time.
• Monitor daily and weekly sell-out performance and identify overstock or stock-out risks.
• Support markdown and price implementation across channels.
• Maintain and update trading performance dashboards with accurate data.
• Provide analytical support for trading decisions using product and size performance data.
