Job summary

adidas Group in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Manager Trader to drive in-season business performance by leading trading strategy, Open-To-Buy execution, and inventory optimization across Retail, Franchise, and Ecom.

The role collaborates with Buying, Demand Planning, and Omnichannel teams to anticipate demand, respond to trends, and maximize sell-through, profitability, and stock health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail, Trading, Buying, or Merchandising.
• Experience in in-season trading, merchandising, or category management within multi-channel Retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Seasonal Trading Strategy aligned with targets and brand priorities.
• Oversee store allocation and replenishment fill-rate strategies by performance.
• Monitor sell-out, inventory, and trends to identify opportunities or risks and take timely actions.
• Oversee markdown and pricing strategy across channels.
• Coordinate DC-to-store, store-to-store, and ship-from-store inventory flow.
• Facilitate trading and performance reviews with cross-functional partners.
• Coach and mentor team to improve analytics, inventory management, and in-season decision-making.
