adidas Colombia is seeking a Retail Trading Analyst to drive allocation and replenishment plans, monitor sell-out across stores, and support price adjustments. You will work with Planning, Omnichannel, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and alignment with the commercial strategy.

You will analyze product performance and stock levels, prepare performance summaries for trading meetings, and contribute to post-season learnings.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, or Supply Chain is required.
2 years of experience in Retail Trading or Planning, preferably in sporting goods, fashion, or consumer goods.
Proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Advanced English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Execute store allocation and replenishment plans to deliver products to each store on time.
Monitor store-level sell-out performance and identify stock risks.
Support markdown and price implementation across channels.
Coordinate DC-to-store, store-to-store transfers to optimize stock.
Maintain and update trading performance dashboards weekly.
Provide analytical support for trading decisions using product and size data.
Assist in-season trading meetings with performance summaries and analysis.
Contribute to post-season reviews with insights for future strategies.
