Tambourine, a fast-growing hospitality and tourism marketing firm, is seeking a Bilingual Digital Project Manager I to join our Bogotá team. You will own the day-to-day management of website development projects from kickoff through launch, coordinating across Account Service, UX/UI, Creative, Content, Development and QA to ensure scope, timing, quality and client expectations are met.

We are looking for a Bilingual Digital Project Manager I to join our team in Bogotá. The Digital Project Manager I owns the day-to-day management and delivery of website development projects from kickoff through launch. This role works across Account Service, UX/UI, Creative, Content, Development, and QA to ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timing, quality, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own website development projects from kickoff through launch.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, documentation, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across UX/UI, Creative, Content, Development, QA, and Account Service.
• Lead internal project meetings and client-facing project discussions related to timing, deliverables, approvals, and next steps.
• Manage projects through sitemap, design, content, development, CMS assembly, QA, and launch.
• Track client inputs, internal dependencies, scope, and approvals to keep projects moving forward.
• Identify project risks, resource constraints, scope concerns, and potential timeline impacts and elevate appropriately.
• Manage website QA, issue tracking, resolution, and launch readiness.
• Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation.
• Ensure projects follow established project management processes and website production standards.
• Manage multiple website projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

• 4+ years of digital project management experience, preferably within a digital, web development, or marketing agency.
• Proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated experience managing website development projects through multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of website development workflows, UX/UI, responsive design, CMS platforms, QA, and launch processes.
• Working understanding of front-end and back-end development concepts.
• Strong project planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to confidently coordinate cross-functional teams and client deliverables.
• Ability to identify project risks and determine when escalation is required.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Jira, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience managing destination, hospitality, enterprise, or content-heavy websites.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or proprietary platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, APIs, or third-party integrations.
• Hospitality or tourism industry experience.
