Tambourine, a leading hospitality & tourism marketing firm, seeks a Bilingual Email Marketing Assistant to join our Bogotá team. You will collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager to build and deploy client campaigns using Tambourine's drag-and-drop builder, craft copy, design assets, and ensure deliverability and QA across platforms.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Email/Digital Marketing, strong English communication, copywriting ability, and excellent organization to manage multiple

• 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM Marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
• Basic understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance metrics.
• Experience managing email databases and maintaining list hygiene to ensure data integrity and high deliverability.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager and Account Service team to build and launch client email campaigns using Tambourine's drag-and-drop email builder.
• Design and prepare email graphics and image assets, including simple animated GIFs, while maintaining client brand standards.
• Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy, subject lines, and preview text to maximize open and click-through rates.
• Maintain clean, accurate client email databases to support deliverability and data integrity.
• Conduct comprehensive QA before deployment to ensure design accuracy, mobile responsiveness, grammar, links, and tracking parameters are implemented.
• Schedule and deploy email campaigns across marketing platforms with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure campaigns reflect client's strategic goals, messaging, and brand vision.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time while upholding Tambourine standards.
• Organize and prioritize tasks according to project deadlines and client priorities.
• Serve as final quality gatekeeper before campaign deployment.

What we need from you:

• 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM Marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience working with email marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, both in-person and remote.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
• Basic understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance metrics.
• Experience managing email databases and maintaining list hygiene to ensure data integrity and high deliverability.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail in design, layout, grammar, links, formatting, and campaign quality assurance.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate directly with the Email Marketing Manager and Account Service team to build and launch client email campaigns using Tambourine's proprietary drag-and-drop email builder.
• Design and prepare email graphics and image assets, including simple animated GIFs, while maintaining each client's brand standards.
• Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy, subject lines, and preview text designed to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
• Maintain clean, accurate client email databases by utilizing list-scrubbing tools to support deliverability, sender reputation, and data integrity.
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance (QA) before deployment, ensuring design accuracy, mobile responsiveness, grammatical correctness, link functionality, and tracking parameters (UTMs) are properly implemented.
• Schedule and deploy email campaigns across various marketing platforms with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure every campaign accurately reflects the client's strategic goals, messaging, and brand vision.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time while maintaining Tambourine's standards of excellence.
• Organize and prioritize tasks in accordance with project deadlines and client priorities.
• Serve as the final quality gatekeeper before campaign deployment, ensuring every email is ready for launch.
