Tambourine, a fast-growing hospitality and tourism marketing firm, is seeking a Bilingual Digital Project Manager I to join our Bogotá team. You will own the day-to-day management of website development projects from kickoff through launch, coordinating across Account Service, UX/UI, Creative, Content, Development and QA to ensure scope, timing, quality and client expectations are met.

Formación

• 4+ years of digital project management experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience managing website development projects through multiple lifecycle phases.
• Knowledge of front-end/back-end concepts and CMS workflows.
• Experience with Wrike, Asana, Jira or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Own website development projects from kickoff through launch.
• Develop and manage project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across UX/UI, Creative, Content, Development, QA, and Account Service.
• Lead client-facing project discussions and internal meetings.
• Track inputs, dependencies, scope, and approvals to keep projects moving.
• Manage QA, issue tracking, and launch readiness.
• Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation.
• Ensure projects follow PM processes and standards.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
