We are looking for a Bilingual Art Director to join our team in Bogotá.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Execution: Develop visually compelling print campaigns that authentically represent our clients' destinations.
• Brand Storytelling: Craft engaging visual narratives that resonate with target audiences and elevate our clients’ brands.
• Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with colleagues to integrate visual elements seamlessly across marketing initiatives, and mentor junior team members.
• Interactive Design: Create immersive digital experiences that captivate users and accelerate brand engagement.
• User Experience Optimization: Apply user-centered/UX design principles to optimize the functionality and usability of digital assets.
• Adaptability and Innovation: Stay in-the-know about emerging trends and technologies, and leverage them to drive innovation in digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years as Art Director inside an advertising agency with a strong background of website/ digital design.
• Strong Experience in branding
• Experience managing hotel, destination or luxury brand accounts would be ideal.
• Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities. Whether the audience is internal, conference attendees, or a client, you can sell an idea clearly and confidently.
• Strong ability to ensure the final visual design is on-brand and delivers on strategic and business goals.
• Proven ability to design for various audiences and brands. We want to know you can move from one client to the next without stumbling.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with both internal teams and clients.
• Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interaction design.
• Direct client interaction experience with the ability to build relationships, understand client vision/ direction and present designs and concepts.
• Experience working collaboratively with all levels of designers and copywriters—we want Senior Art Directors who will be strong leaders while fostering team camaraderie.
• Senior Art Directors need to be able to clearly and concisely express themselves and explain their ideas.
• Full Bilingual is required.
