Tambourine is a fast-growing hospitality & tourism marketing firm seeking a Project Manager to independently manage a portfolio of website projects from onboarding through launch. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver on time and to spec.

You will lead client meetings in English and Spanish, build realistic timelines, manage risks, ensure assets and approvals are delivered, and translate business goals into actionable

Formación

• 5+ years of professional project management experience in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
• Experience managing website projects through full lifecycle: onboarding, sitemap, content planning, UX/UI, development, QA, launch.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to lead client meetings and communications in both languages.
• Ability to manage multiple client-facing projects at different stages simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies and adaptable processes based on project needs.
• Proficient with tools like Wrike, Asana, Jira, Trello, Basecamp or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage multiple concurrent websites and booking engine projects from onboarding through launch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Lead recurring client meetings, presentations, and project conversations in English and Spanish.
• Build and maintain realistic timelines; manage milestones, dependencies, resources, approvals, and risks.
• Hold clients accountable for assets, content, approvals, and deliverables to keep projects moving.
• Identify risks and communicate them before they impact milestones or launch dates.
• Manage project scope and communicate out-of-scope requests or timeline changes clearly.
• Translate client feedback into actionable direction for Design, Development, Content, Product, and Marketing.
• Review assets and requirements to develop effective sitemap, user journeys, and content structures.
• Coordinate internal resources to keep teams aligned on priorities and deadlines.
• Oversee website QA and content implementation to meet quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, status updates, and reporting across PM systems.
• Build strong client relationships while adhering to Tambourine's processes and timelines.
• Escalate concerns and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
