Ondaro is seeking an associate Delivery Operations Coordinator in Colombia to keep our delivery engine running cleanly. You’ll start with ServiceNow Deployment record accuracy, CSAT oversight, and partner status compliance, with growth into broader delivery coordination as you build context and confidence.

You’ll work with delivery teams, Sales, and Global Partnership Strategy to maintain data flows, surface signals, and close gaps while supporting scalable delivery initiatives for Ondaro.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication across time zones.
• Familiarity with Excel and SharePoint; ServiceNow knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the accuracy of ServiceNow Deployment records with delivery teams.
• Track evolving partner program requirements and ensure Deployment records reflect needs.
• Monitor CSAT results and surface trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Delivery Services, Sales, and Global Partnership Strategy to ensure information flow.
• Support process improvements and help scale delivery operations.
