Ondaro is seeking an associate Delivery Operations Coordinator in Colombia to keep our delivery engine running cleanly. You’ll start with ServiceNow Deployment record accuracy, CSAT oversight, and partner status compliance, with growth into broader delivery coordination as you build context and confidence.

You’ll work with delivery teams, Sales, and Global Partnership Strategy to maintain data flows, surface signals, and close gaps while supporting scalable delivery initiatives for Ondaro.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication across time zones.
• Familiarity with Excel and SharePoint; ServiceNow knowledge is a plus.

The Delivery Operations Coordinator plays a direct role in keeping our delivery engine running cleanly: tracking the right data, surfacing the right signals, and helping the teams around them act on what they find.

This is an associate-level role with real room to grow. You'll start with focused responsibilities — ServiceNow Deployment record accuracy, CSAT oversight, and partner status compliance — and expand into broader delivery coordination as you build context and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the accuracy and completeness of ServiceNow Deployment records, working directly with delivery teams to keep data current and reliable.
• Track and interpret evolving ServiceNow partner program requirements, translate them into clear internal guidance, and ensure Deployment records reflect what's needed to achieve and maintain optimum partner status.
• Monitor and report on CSAT results from completed engagements, tracking trends across portfolios of past work and escalating concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tritons across Delivery Services, Sales, and Global Partnership Strategy & Innovation to keep information flowing and gaps closed.
• Support additional process and performance improvement initiatives as the role expands, contributing to how Ondaro runs delivery at scale.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related function — enough to work independently, ask the right questions, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail. You notice when something's off and you do something about it.
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially across time zones and functions.
• Comfort working in tools like Excel, SharePoint, or similar platforms. Experience with ServiceNow or the ServiceNow partner ecosystem is a plus, not a requirement.
• A collaborative mindset — this role succeeds through relationships, not just tasks.
