Job summary

Plata Card in Colombia is seeking a Product Analytics Senior/Lead to be the first analytics hire for the new delivery domain. You will define KPIs, build reporting from scratch, and shape delivery mechanics, ambassador models, and optimisation strategies in a fresh market.

You will collaborate with operations, product, and strategy to translate business goals into technical analytics tasks and drive end-to-end improvements.

Qualifications

• Mathematical statistics and probabilistic thinking required.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency required.
• Experience with BI tools to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics for the Colombia Delivery product.
• Define metrics, tracking, and reporting from scratch.
• Design delivery mechanics and zones.
• Analyze ambassador funnel and retention.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn problems into solutions.
• Drive continuous improvements of the delivery system.
