Resolv.Global is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a fully remote team in Mexico or Colombia. This role focuses on third-party collections, requiring strong negotiation and FDCPA knowledge, with English proficiency and a performance-driven mindset.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate repayment plans, document interactions, and ensure compliance. Compensation is $260–$270 USD weekly, plus uncapped commissions, with ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous BPO collections experience is required.
• Third-party collections experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of FDCPA and collections regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Fluent Spanish communication skills.
• Must be permanently based in Mexico or Colombia with remote setup.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls professionally and efficiently.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with customers.
• Accurately document all account interactions and updates; ensure FDCPA compliance.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain professionalism during challenging conversations.
