WorkHub Enterprise is seeking an organized Intake & Scheduling Coordinator to manage onboarding, caregiver scheduling, and day-to-day coordination for in-home care services in Colombia. This role is primarily administrative and operations-focused, with no mandatory home care background.

Candidates with experience in administration, customer service, HR, or scheduling are encouraged to apply, and you will work closely with clients and caregivers.

Formación

• Experience in administration, customer service, HR, recruiting, or scheduling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common business software.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities without constant supervision.
• Experience with HHAeXchange, Smartsheet, Adobe, or similar systems is a plus.
• Home care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the intake process for new clients from initial contact through service start.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules, shift coverage, and new case assignments.
• Match caregivers with clients based on needs, availability, and scheduling requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and caregivers.
• Resolve scheduling issues and coverage needs quickly.
• Assist with caregiver onboarding, documentation, and required paperwork.
• Support caregiver recruiting, screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company systems.
• Monitor active cases and follow up on scheduling or service issues.
• Support general administrative and operational needs as required.
