A leading BPO company is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Colombia. This role involves managing daily open cases and ensuring shifts are fully staffed with suitable aides. Candidates should have experience in staffing, prefer healthcare settings, and possess strong communication skills. Working in a high-volume environment, you'll coordinate caregiver assignments, maintain schedules, and ensure adherence to operational protocols. A dedicated workspace, backup power, and the ability to code-switch accents are essential. A long-term contract with a single client is offered.

Formación

• Proven experience in staffing, preferably in healthcare or home care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage a high volume of calls.
• Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines.
