We are seeking a proactive and organized Supervisor to lead a team related with homecare. This role is key to maintaining service consistency, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance and attendance of coordinators, intake agents, and HR assistants.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, responsiveness, and compliance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to improve team performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and Executel’s Operations Manager.
• Facilitate collaboration between operations, recruitment, and client contacts.
• Assist in resolving escalations and maintaining workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in administrative, healthcare, or BPO environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Familiarity with homecare coordination or HR support functions is preferred.
• Ability to manage remote client interactions.
• Currently living in Bogota.
