Job summary

High Scale AI in Bogotá seeks a Head of HR to build the people infrastructure and drive a high-performance culture across the organization. You will connect people operations with business performance, implement scalable HR processes, and collaborate with executives to shape the company’s growth trajectory.

You’ll lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development while ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR leadership or management position.
• Experience in high-growth environments and scaling HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable HR infrastructure across onboarding, development, performance reviews, promotions and offboarding.
• Develop and implement KPI frameworks connecting people to business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning for current and future needs.
• Strengthen employee engagement and retention through structured feedback and career development.
• Coach leaders and design organizational structures to support growth and change.
• Drive data-driven HR decisions with dashboards and regular reporting to executives.
