Evolution Colombia is seeking a Head of HR LATAM to shape the people agenda across the region. You will partner with senior leaders to drive a high-performance culture and scalable HR programs in a fast-growing market.

The role requires a leader with 8+ years in HR, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong knowledge of LATAM employment law. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, learning, compensation, and employer branding.

Formación

• Higher academic or professional education in Human Resources
• Proven experience (minimum of 8 years) as an HR leader or senior HRBP
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience in developing and leading HR operational excellence preferably in high-growth environments
• Experience in talent acquisition, including high-volume and managerial recruitment
• Experience in coaching people at all levels and stakeholder management

Responsabilidades

• Execute and adapt the global HR strategy in LATAM local markets
• Develop HR initiatives, policies and procedures across functions
• Lead HR department projects including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits
• Develop recruitment strategy to attract quality talent in gaming operations and administration
• Drive employer branding and improve retention and length of stay
• Mentor and grow HR team members across LATAM locations
