Adrian Magnus seeks a Head of International HR & Recruitment based in Bogotá, Colombia. The role offers a competitive salary of USD 3,500-5,000/month plus performance bonuses. You will architect and manage a global HR function, leading the recruitment strategy and a distributed team.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of international recruiting experience, proven leadership capabilities, and strong HRIS and ATS management skills. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being an advantage.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of international recruiting experience.
• Experience in managing remote/distributed teams across time zones.
• Proven ability to build or scale an HR function from the ground up.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the entire international HR & recruitment structure.
• Develop the end-to-end recruitment system and performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team across different countries.

Conocimientos

International recruiting experience in the EU or USA

Proven experience managing and leading a team

Hands-on experience managing an HRIS

Hands-on experience managing an ATS

Experience creating training programs for onboarding and offboarding

Strong, results-driven mindset

English at C1 level or higher
