High Scale is seeking a strategic Head of HR to build scalable people processes, drive high-performance culture, and lead talent acquisition in a growth-focused environment. You’ll partner with executives to shape organizational structure, establish KPI-driven performance programs, and scale HR operations globally.

You’ll oversee onboarding, development, compensation review cycles, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance and shaping leadership capacity for rapid growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in HR leadership/management.
• Experience building scalable people systems, processes, and performance cultures.
• Strong capabilities in talent acquisition, employee relations, and development programs.

Responsabilidades

• Build scalable HR infrastructure with defined onboarding, development, and offboarding processes.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks and performance management systems.
• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning with clear metrics and strong candidate experience.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development across the organization.
• Partner with executives to shape organization structure and succession planning.
