The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in the Dispatching transportation/logistics industry with strong skills in organization and negotiation.

Formación

• At least one year of experience in the Dispatching transportation/logistics industry.
• Experience with any TMS is a plus.
• Skilled with OFFICE 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Prospect new carriers through lead generation, research, and cold calling.
• Manage shipment capacity by liaising with carriers and negotiating rates.
• Maintain and nurture existing carrier relationships.
