Lean Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented Air Freight Pricing Analyst in Bogotá to manage quotations, pricing structures, and rate comparisons. The role requires understanding end-to-end shipment processes and Incoterms, with strong Excel skills to ensure accuracy in all pricing documents.

Competenze

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in air freight
• Understanding of door-to-door shipments and the complete logistics process
• Knowledge of air freight fundamentals including imports vs exports
• Understanding Incoterms and their impact on pricing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling rates and calculations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external partners
• Relevant work experience is primary; no fixed degree required

Mansioni

• Prepare and review air freight quotations based on shipment requirements and customer needs.
• Analyze airline rate structures and calculate chargeable weight accurately.
• Develop pricing for airport-to-airport and door-to-door shipments.
• Review air import and export requirements and the full shipment process.
• Apply Incoterms correctly when reviewing shipment and pricing requirements.
• Identify and account for fuel, security, and other surcharges.
• Communicate with airlines and carriers to obtain rates and negotiate pricing.
• Use Excel to organize pricing data, perform calculations, and maintain records.
• Review quotations and pricing details to identify discrepancies before submission.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing information.
• Follow procedures and meet deadlines with high accuracy
