Job summary

Hatch is seeking a skilled Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Medellín office. You will drive the campus strategy, attract students and graduates, and build pipelines for internships and new-grad opportunities. The role emphasizes in-office collaboration with occasional remote work and strong English proficiency.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, manage high-volume campus recruiting operations, and report analytics to optimize KPIs across programs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of full-cycle, high-volume campus recruitment experience
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
• College or university degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Proven ability to manage high-volume campus recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Continuous improvement mindset and KPI tracking for campus programs

Responsibilities

• Execute the campus strategy and provide high-volume full-cycle recruiting support for students and graduates
• Manage day-to-day recruitment operations and provide reporting on campus analytics
• Work with internal stakeholders to tailor recruiting approaches at target schools
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador to expand Hatch's external footprint via social media and other channels
