Job summary

Hatch in Medellín is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume recruitment for students and new graduates. This role prioritizes in-person collaboration, with flexibility to work remotely when needed, and requires the ability to partner with schools and internal teams to tailor outreach.

You will execute the campus strategy, manage operations and reporting, act as a brand ambassador, and drive KPI tracking to improve candidate experience and hiring outcomes.

Hatch is seeking a highly motivated Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Medellín office.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Regional Lead, the candidate will support all aspects of our campus strategy to attract the best and the brightest talent to the organization. The role will enable the attraction of diverse talent and develop talent pipelines for Hatch through internships and new graduate opportunities.

While flexibility is always provided to work remotely when needed, we encourage our teams to be in the office for most of the time. We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Execute the campus strategy, providing high volume full-cycle recruiting support for students and new graduates
• Manage the day-to-day recruitment operations and provide reporting on campus analytics
• Act as a trusted advisor and work closely with internal stakeholders to establish a tailored recruiting approach at target schools
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador to expand our external footprint to build the Hatch Brand through social media and other channels

You bring to the role:

Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)

• Current knowledge and understanding of best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, and selection in the campus recruitment space
• College or university degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred
• Proven ability to manage high volume campus recruitment in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• A continuous improvement mindset, always striving to improve the candidate, client and recruiter experience
• Experience defining and tracking success and KPIs on campus program initiatives
• Able to handle and manage conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, accuracy, follow-up and follow-through skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external service
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
• Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions
