Overview

The Call Center Research Interviewer will assist in completing telephone surveys. The successful candidates will be comfortable speaking on the phone and able to maintain a company set average of calls per hour. We are looking for cheerful, positive self-starters who are inspired by the idea of helping the community share their feelings about important social and living choices!

THIS POSITION PAYS $4 USD PER HOUR

THIS IS A PART & FLEX-TIME POSITION, 4 HOURS MINIMUM PER DAY WITH POSSIBILITIES TO DO MORE HOURS SO YOU CAN MAKE MORE MONEY!

AFTERNOON/NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION

• We\'ll provide the PC and headset
• We\'ll provide an Internet support fee of $100.000 COP per month
• This program offers a monthly performance bonus 😁

You’ll

• Place phone calls to potential survey respondents from a predetermined client list
• Perform from a script to ensure consistency of survey calls
• Maintain standards for survey completion and call volume
• Communicate respectfully and genuinely with survey respondents at all times
• Maintain survey tracking documentation

You’ll have

• Must have experience and background in sales or outbound campaigns
• Results-driven
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 + year experience in outbound sales
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), predominantly Q.A.
• Experience with MS, MS Office, such as Excel, Word, etc.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail or organization, ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
