Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Representative – BruntWork

You’ll be the primary point of contact for a diverse client base, where 70% of interactions happen in Spanish. This role puts you at the center of customer relationships, ensuring every caller receives professional, accurate service while supporting the agency’s daily operations. You’ll work with established processes and templates, making an immediate impact on customer satisfaction while building valuable insurance industry experience in a supportive remote environment.

Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $6.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency
• Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time with one hour unpaid break
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Side Note: Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
