Resolv Global is hiring an on-site patient support specialist in Barranquilla, Colombia. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, and is a full-time, independent contractor position.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, text, and web chat; schedule appointments; provide pre/post-appointment guidance; and maintain accurate records while coordinating with clinic operations. The job emphasizes clear communication and empathy.

We are looking for detail-oriented, caring, and reliable bilingual professionals to join our on-site patient support team.

This is an on-site, full-time position open to candidates based in Barranquilla, Colombia.

What You Will Do

• Respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats
• Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations
• Provide patients with clear pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions
• Follow up with patients as needed to ensure they have the information they need
• Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions
• Handle multiple communication channels at the same time while keeping a calm, professional tone throughout

Contract & Compensation

• $5.75 USD per hour
• Paid weekly in arrears
• Independent contractor position
